I have a Cuddeback Capture, and it seems like I get a lot of pictures that are just black. Has anyone else had any troubles with this happening to them, or do I just have bad luck? It seems like the flash just isn't working sometimes. Thanks in advance!

Yes, I had the same problems the last couple months even with new batteries.

It's also seemed the sensitivity level of my camera has gone WAY DOWN. Anyone else had this problem? I use to be 20 feet away and get my picture taken. Now it seems I have to be within 6 feet for it to take my picture.................

The only time i"ve had that issue was if the batteries were low and the flash didn't have enough time to recharge.

Cuddeback has always had an issue with their sensor. I had one for six months and sold it. I am of the opinion that it misses most of what walks in front of it. I had it on a mineral site this past spring along with a cheap stealthcam. The Cudde got about 75 pics and The Stealthcam got over 900. If they could resolve their sensor issues, they would have a decent camera. My advice to them; spend a little less on celebrity endorsements and a little more on their product.

    Blessings.....Pastorjim

I have the same feelings, I have much more confidence in my Primos camera than I do the more expensive Cuddeback. If I can find someone to buy my less than 2 month old camera for the right price, I will gladly get rid of it. Anybody in the market for a camera? lol

I hope your joking. I had to send 3 cameras back to them in a month because they couldn't send me one that worked and then I was told I had to pay for the repairs because the camera they sent me had a different problem. They could care less about there customers.

I DON"T BELIEVE THAT AT ALL:confused:........anyone who has ever written anything about Cuddeback's customer service has been "jacked up" about how they always want extra money for repairs or to replace the camera. Read the forums or I am guessing if you google Cuddeback customer service you will find out what I mean. Simply said, Cuddeback's service is terrible at best.

I like what Pastorjim said about investing in their product instead of our hunting heros.

If you work for Mathews bow and they know that then they will do it for you. They will make exceptions for someone who works for a company like that, just like if Lee and Tiffany had a problem with there Cuddebacks a brand new one would be in the mail the next day for them.

Yeah, I think I'm going to stick to Primos cameras for a while. I have heard some good things about the Bushnell Trophy Cams, but I don't know if I want to stray from the luck I have been having with Primos. The customer service for Primos is top notch, and I just like the way they do business.
