Can't comment on the customer service as I haven't needed them. I will continue to use them as long as I have no problems. I had a wildview a few years back that never took a single picture. That was returned to Gander Mountain. I bought a WGI IR 4 that took exactly 14 pictures before it stopped working. Sent it back to WGI and they sent me a replacement but have yet to put it back in the woods.
Like I have said before, in this day an age a great deal of emphasis is put on customer service after the sale. Considering the great elements all trail cameras are exposed too any can have problems. A manufacturer needs to be prepared to take care of its customers instead of holding their hand out for more money all the time. Cuddeback has not figured this out yet. They continue to make there customers pay for the expensive advertising and sponsorship deals they have in place to push their product. Judging by what I have read on different forums the word is getting out. Cuddeback does produce a camera that takes great pictures but with out reliability their cameras are worthless.
