I have a Cuddeback ambush ir that is giving me terrible pictures at night, and will not take any daytime photos. At night the only visible images I can make out are whatever is in a 10ft semicircle directly in front of the camera (imagine holding half of a dinner plate over your computer screen, the plate represents the viewable area). During the 2014-15 season the camera worked great and gave great photos day and night. the problem started when my camera batteries died. The camera lens and all other internal components are in thier correct positions, not loose or being covered by the plastic exterior. ANY IDEAS???

I believe you can check and upgrade the programing for your cam on their web site, then via a USB drive. Mine was giving me issues until I tried the upgrade, but the problem may have been user error. Also try to switch SD cards on occasion.
    Good luck.
