JZ Until further notice bro you are no longer allowed to attend a cubs game.
After yesterdays pathetic attempt at baseball I truely believe you put the hex
on. Not sure if you could see this during the game but Oswalt threw a lot of fastballs right down the middle of the plate and they didnt swing.
Did you at least catch a buzz?

Yeah, it was a brutal game for sure. Not the best way to end a perfect weekend, that's for sure!!! I knew we were in for a tough one when I found out Oswalt was pitching. He's been on fire his last few games and with the Cubbies not hitting well the past few days I figured that was likely to happen. That's okay though, I'm sure they'll pull through it. And no, I didn't catch a buzz. I had to drive my butt home after the game so I played it cool. A few dogs and some Old Styles until about the 5th, then it was Pepsi on out from there!

The Brewers lost too, so we're still 4.5 games up in the NL Central. :D

I'm waiting for either the Sox's or Twins' fingernails to break first (we are holding on by fingernails I tell ya!!!).....I'm hoping the Twins somehow bellyflop in the final stretch. Dang those pesky Twins, they are like a house fly, never leavin' us alone.

I am thinking it is going to be down to the wire AL Central Divison race much like in '05.

As for the Cubs, barring any colossal failure where the training wheels fall off the bike, you guys have your divison pretty well wrapped up. I'll give you an early congrats. Better hope it last throughout the playoffs.
