Ghost 385 & Ghost 350 for now. Will prolly have a Mission or Scorpyd by next year if things go right.
Recently bought an old Barnett demon on a yard sale thinking maybe I could restore it as it was a lil rough. However I'm having extremely hard time funding any parts save for strings
Tore my rotator cuff 4th of July, so I picked up a Wicked Ridge Invader G3 package. Just got done installing a bowjax kit. Similar to what I did with my compound I went with affordability on a decently reviewed intro bow. Started out with a PSE Stinger.
I bought the wife a Barnett Recruit this past Christmas as a gift. She is new to Bow hunting and wanted to try a crossbow. In an effort to minimize the damage to the funds if she becomes dis-interested, I bought the most basic model I could find. I was able to shoot this thing last week and was very impressed. From the ease of pulling the string back to the accuracy and power, this thing did not disappoint.
I have a Stryker 380 by Bowtech. The thing is a freaking machine. It just plain drives tacks. It doesnt come with the best scope but for the money you can not beat this crossbow im telling you. Ive taken 8 deer in the last 4 years with it and every shot was devastating. Quick easy kills. I do suggest if you get a fast shooting bow around 380-400+ fps. To use fixed heads. Early deployment was an issue with this bow and i tried many different mechanicals that were supposedly rated for 400fps.
I just bought a PSE Fang. I tried the Barnett Raptor FX and it was a little short for me. For the $ the Fang is an awesome X-bow. dead on to 30 out of the box. Lifetime warranty I'm more than happy with it.
I have a few Excalibur Micro 335 - my newest and my go-to weapon Barnett Brotherhood - my sons favorite Horton Team Realtree 175 - my backup Parker Stingray- my bowfishing setup
Barnett Jackal with Hawke scope. Thing is a tack driver. Cant tell you how many arrows I have Robin Hooded.
Depending on the budget, I recently purchased a PSE Fang, just for curiosity, really surprised, nice bang for the buck. 345fps 6 1/2 lbs . Nice stalking crossbow. 17 inch wide Buy the best you can, !! Stilllike my 10 Point heavy or not.
Got a NOS Maxximus recurve. Shoots fast and straight and I was able to harvest a tom this spring. First turkey with a crossbow. Hoping to add a buck this weekend
I have a Scorpyd RDT 165 with the Vortex XBR crossbow scope. I really like this bow, though it's also the only crossbow I've owned so far. My bow is highly accurate, well balanced & 425 fps.
