As promised, let me introduce "The Decocker" the first decocking accessory that will allow you to decock without firing a bolt, or dryfiring and damaging your bow.
    Check it out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UgMeGC4sKpA
I'd appreciate your thoughts and comments, thanks guys!

New photos will be available very soon by Safe Bow, Inc. "The Decocker" manufacturer. You'll be able to see just how this device works and how convenient and safe it is for the crossbow user.

    The Decocker

    The decocker weighs 2.75 lbs.

Can decock a crossbow up to an 18" powerstroke

Fits about 95% of all crossbows

    Works with ADFdevice crossbows

One can decock a crossbow with this device in under 30 seconds

Its compact and lightweight make it easy to carry in the field

Will be affordable at your local archery retailer soon.

    Thanks for your question!

Do you have to take the time to strap it to the butt then connect it to the string everytime you want to de-cock it? if so seems a bit harder than just shooting a bolt into the ground ?

    just a question :) I don't actuly own a crossbow
