You Kansas boys should look up tacklebox on team 8, he is always up for drinking a beer or 2, or 10 and talking about hunting. Met him at the gtg last year, just a cool dude to hang out with.

I know they went through 2 cases a piece I think, I went through a case and a half. We started drinking around noon the first day I was there, and even earlier the next day.

Welcome to the team bushnlo. Looks like we are all here now. Now just gotta wait another month for my season to start. Going to go hang my last stand today and do a card pull. Been hearing reports of velvet coming off so gotta check and see if I have any shedding.

Where in NJ bushnlo? I grew up there, I am currently residing in VT, but still hunt in Hunterdon County, mostly Clinton Twp, Highbridge and a couple spots in Warren County. I'll be in NJ for the Sept 14 opener, nice bucks in NJ and lots of them.

We hunt zones 8 and 10, so we are just a little north and west of you, not to far away.

Well I ended up working a little later today then expected, so didnt make it to my lease to hang my last stand and pull cards. Gonna just have to push it back to next weekend, at least the cams will get a normal 2 week soak instead of just 1 week.

Hey guys I've been gone a couple days, was at a trapping convention in Bethel Maine. Had a blast up there. Found some essence of sweet corn up there that smelled delicious so picked up a bottle to experiment with. 1 cup veg oil and 1ml of this oil has a real strong corn scent I think will work awesome as a food attractant. Just set some out so I'll post some pics soon hopefully.
