    A fawn this small with spots in the middle of winter in Minnesota! Amazed he is still alive!

    Lol, isn't that insane? I had one here last year this late that had spots, of course our winters are relatively mild in comparison but still one that late born is just incredible.

    I had a fawn with spots in Allamakee Co, IA this past season with spots in late December.

    My girlfriend just told me she saw two of them a few days ago. I have never seen that here in northern Illinois this late.

    I've got one that keeps showing up that looks pretty small for this time of year. No spots but it is definitely alot smaller than any of the rest. Pretty neat pics though.

    Wow! Reminds me of the buck I had still holding his antlers in April last year. I wonder if stuff like this is an indication of something wrong for that individual momma doe, a really messed up rut, or just a really strong healthy herd...?
