And down goes Frazier. Iowa St crushing OK St title dreams. What a crazy game, and it was the match that will now set off a HUGE frenzy for second place. Who takes the second spot in the Natty C game guys? Obviously the favorites are Bama and Oregon with their losses, tough call on who should get in. Personally I'd give the nod to Bama due to how LSU dismantled Oregon earlier on. I'll hang up and listen. One last note, a few short weeks ago ESPN and fans all around the nation were mentioning this would be the year that marks the downfall of the BCS system for a NC. They were discussing the near certainty that Boise St, Clemson, Stanford, LSU or Bama, Wisconsin, and OU or OK St would end undefeated (representing every major conference sans the Big East)...How would you pick from that? lol What we all forgot is that winning out in football is hard, like, really hard.
Bama has the best argument, but each team probably believes that. Whoever gets in will say it is deserved, whoever gets lefft out will cry all year. Obviously I am biased, but look at each lost and who it was too, and based solely on that who you got???
The Oklahoma in me wanted the pokes to win. But the Sooner in me wanted them to lose. Was a rough day all around for the pokes. Going to be interesting now. I personally do not want to see an Lsu vs bama NC. That was one of the worst games I have ever watched. I Figure if the ducks win out they will go. Now I'm hoping the pigs beat Lsu. They seem to have there number the last couple years.
It would only be fitting if the Oinks could beat LSU. LOL What a mess that would cause. Go piggies. LOL
So question #1 with that.....IF Houston wins out, do they have a shot at the NC? i personally think not... #2 If Arkansas knocks off LSU, does the BCS system blow up? #3 this one might be dumb, does a loss in a conference championship have weight? Ive been thinking about that... Either way i hope the NC game doesnt come down to a FG kick.....it might never end.
