    Whoa! Yeah we don't have anything like that around here. Some of markets sell "fresh" crawfish transported from the south. As a kid, we used to catch them from a local lake to eat.

    Thats crazy!

    We catch them here in the creeks and lakes...use them for bait. Some of the ones we have in the creeks here are NASTY big (8")

    I like eating them, but ive never prepared them. Just had it at restaurants.

    We bought ours for this weekend's boil for $1.25/lb.

    Mmmm... boiled a sack of Belle Rivers Saturday... they were tasty.

    Had some weekend before last and the guy ruined 'em. Some folks still don't believe that you don't need to add salt to the Zatarain's Crab Boil. The Extra Spicy one is killer as well... just don't crew it up by pouring a box of salt in it... lol
