    mmmmmm.... delicious!

At this point we are averaging about 8 per guy each time we go out. Wide variety of sizes so far with 9.5"-10.5" being average and the biggest one so far is 14.25".

Dad's Ice Castle has spoiled me! Icefishing in a T-shirt.... Nice :tu:

Crappie's should be taking off here in NW Mo in about 2-3 weeks. Have to get that water temp. up to about 62-65 degrees.

Not exactly... But I can give you info on it.

    Here's Ice Castle's website.
    http://icecastlefishhousesmfg.com/index.php

I think this is what he has:
    6.5x12'
    5 hole
    heater
    4 burner stovetop w/ oven
    sprayfoam walls
has has a solar trickle charger, but hasn't installed it
12/24 volt system with generator hook-up

His heater, stove and cabnets are all in the front wedge, not on the side like some of the website photos.

He needs to get an electric or propane auger, his 20 year old gas auger smokes us out in a hurry.

There are a few companies that sell just the lower frame so you can build your own top. But from what I've seen, unless you have the material laying around or really want to cutomize it yourself, you're better off buying one used or from a dealer.

On a side note: When I rebuild the resort's old pontoon, I'm going to order some of those hole covers and put them in the floor of the pontoon for some fun panfishing for the kids (and me)!
