Can I expect any real change in my shooting or accuracy?

I'm pulling about #67 on my MR7 with #70 limbs with no problem and I've always heard that compound bows are most Efficient at their max weight. I'd also like as much speed and hitting power that I can muster.

    What say you?

Well, turning the weight up 3-4 of the last few pounds, just not sure if it would effect anything.

Im not sure either. I started with mine at 73 and worked it up a pound or so a week when I first got it. Never noticed any major changes other then having to adjust the site a few times (also was breaking in so that could have been the cause for some site changes).

I have my MR7 maxed out and no accuracy issues here .You may able to get it shooting a little flater with it around 73.I shoot 340 fmj these bows tend to like a stiffer arrow.

I think the compound bow being more efficient at max weight is kind of a myth. You can manipulate numbers to make them look however you want and most of that "efficient" came from the "feel" of a bow. If someone has a good educated argument I would love to hear it, I've just only ever seen people say it without actually having evidence.
I don't think you'll notice any real change. If your arrow is really heavy you may notice it slightly more but under normal circumstances 3 pounds will be about 6 fps.

I say turn it up though. If you dont' try it, you'll always wonder. If you don't like it, move it back.

Thanks. I'm cranking it all the way to #70 tomorrow.

My buddy has the Mathews 6.7 with #80 limbs but shoots it at #65.
