Just about any meat scraps(uncooked and without much human scent contamination) will work...we do the frozen bucket of deer scraps mainly to stop the crows and ravens from eating it all to quick and also stops the critters from carrying it away...hopefully it Does NOT melt. It does usually take a couple days for the yotes to get comfortable with any carcass pile but they do come to investigate(don't expect them to just pull right in and start eating unless they are starving). Where it is warmer - stake it down or wire it to a tree etc...and hope other scavengers don't clean it up to quick. Good luck and have fun...it's a blast!

An excellent idea for something to do with carp after bowfishing.
