Back in April I purchased two of the Covert CA 3.0's. After checking my Cameras a couple of times, I noticed the one was not taking night time pictures. It would take them, but they were black. Well last Wednesday I called the company I bought them from,and they said I needed to get in touch with Covert. So I give them a call, and this Lady asked me what she could help me with, and I explained what the problem was. She asked for my name, address, gave me a reference #, and told me to mail it to them. Well yesterday I checked the mail, and there is a package from Covert. I opened it, and here they sent me a brand new CA 4.0. I am extremely impressed with them, and they will be getting more business from me. Kudos to them.
Sounds like a great job by customer service! Should be thankful that you got that women to help you. Heard they got this guy Pat that can be a real pain in the a**!
That is what makes them a great company, when there is a problem they stand by it. The fact that the camera takes great pics doesnt hurt either. Jim I have heard that same thing about him
Good to hear, I just bought one of their camera's. Talked to the guy at the pro shop and asked about Cuddeback's, he said they would never have them again because of the bad service. He said that the Covert's C.S. was great, I guess he was right...
