The 2 years I have been here we have had 4 or 5 each year with the occasional drive through during the rut. We did just pick up a new lease (752 acres) that I am drooling over.
How much are all these leases everyone talks about? Doesn't it make more sense to buy land instead of leasing? How many rights do you get over the land when you lease?
