I would take the batteries out, turn the cam on then off to use up any left over power. Replace the batteries, put the sd card in and format it. Then triple check all the settings, make sure the sensitivity is turned to "on". I wouldnt run it on "0 delay". I have heard of people doing it,but me personally the lowest I run on is 5 or 10 seconds so it has time to write to the card. make sure it is in picture mode and not video/time lapse. Also my 2013black60 gave me issues on one card when I went from "setup" to "ON". It would not record a picture. Now on if I am in setup mode on that 2013black60, I turn it back "off", wait a little and go straight to "on", watch the blinky red light and skip away happily back through the woods.
I took the camera apart 2 days ago and it still didn't work, i also tried 2 different sd cards, ill try the default thing and see if that works.
Covert C.S. will take care of you - just send it in ...btw I just won a Bushnell HD from field and stream trailcam contest(supposed to be the 547c -haven't got it yet)..anyone want to buy it? -I'm a homebrew guy thru and thru, but Covert would be/is my commercial choice.
It could mean the difference in it working and not working??? I format every card everytime I swap them
Ah I see. I'm sure tomorrow Covert will send you an RA # and in a couple days you will have a brand new camera on your doorstep. Bummer though
Just send it in mine did the same thing. So I sent it in with the reference number they will give you. I had a brand new one within 2 weeks and it was an upgrade from the one I sent in!!!!
