Here is my testimonial on covert's customer service. I had an issue with my mp6 taking photos all the time of nothing. It would take 2000 photos a day until the card was full or the batteries were dead. I contacted covert and informed them of my problem. After we eliminated the possibility of a few common setting issues that people accidentally do they asked me to send in the camera.
