My brother has sent in every Black 60 he's owned. 3 of the 4 times customer service was great. The other time not in the least. My dad has sent in 2 of the 3 MP6 Black's he has. Both times he was treated well.
Covert has good customer service when I dealt with them. My Black 60 had a wiring issue, I emailed them, they gave me an RA#, mailed the cam to them, they had a replacement within a week.
My and my buddy have several Coverts between the two of us. They're great and always treated us well in the rare event there has been an issue.
