So this past week was a good week for me. I got 1/2 of my shipments from both Monster Raxx and Covert. I picked up another 3 Covert cams (2 Red 40) and 1 (MP6 Black). I also grabbed a set of 4 Python Locks. Once the rest of the cams are in and I remember to order 2 more bear boxes I will have the rest of my trail cam inventory will be set for the year. I also included pics of 2 locations for Mineral sites I put out a couple weeks ago. I'll be looking at my first pull on them as well. Needless to say I'm excited to get these two great products back out into the Woods!

Weather pending it looks to be a busy weekend in addition to the mineral sites that need to go in/be freshened. I also need to get food plots worked up, put in 2 new trails through the woods, take down 5 stands and move, plus reposition 2 others. As you can see I also got a shipment from Wicked Tough Handsaws with my 12ft pole saw (will pair nicely with my handsaw for hopeful trimming this weekend). Sure hope I can get it all done on this extended Memorial Weekend!

I used my first Python lock. REALLY works well. Probably can be cut if you tried hard enough, but then again, so could just about anything else.

Sadly, the advancement of cordless tools in the last decade has made it impossible to lock up anything with a 100% guarantee of protection.

Python locks are just an added personal security for me. I'm putting some cameras in an area where trespassing occurs as well as on a new property. From my standpoint I use them more to discourage theft then to actually prevent it. If someone wants something bad enough they can find a way around any locks and cables. Our neighbors have not made issues with damaging things to date. I also like the python cables paired with my bear boxes! I'll be taking tons of DSLR pictures to capture the work this weekend if it ever stops raining:)
