Todd pulled cards from a few cameras on our new lease last Friday and we found these two guys. I'd say the first bonafide shooters for us to chase this fall. The wide 8 seems to be a regular but the 10 just showed up for the first time. I'll take either one. As for the camera, it's been out since 6/30 with standard Rayovac AA batteries and seems to be hanging strong so far. Granted it's only been 3 weeks but the IR flash doesn't seem to be dimming, which is usually my first indicator that batteries are going dead. Trigger speed has been good and distance even better - getting lots of pics of deer pretty far out in the beans on a regular basis. The first guy I'm calling Joe Dirt. This bro doesn't have a name yet. Few more misc pics
Nice...Hang Glider wide that second seems to be! can't way to see how much growth these dude still do!
The cool thing about this farm is that a bunch of our team members and friends are leasing the ground all around us, so we'll be able to see where these bucks end up once the velvet comes off. So far I know that Richie and I have gotten pictures of the same buck probably 1/2 mile away from each other.
Great pics and pretty cool that you guys will be able to keep tabs all year on these guys from seperate farms. Sent from my Samsung Galaxy s4
