In the midst of some scattered rain fall, stiff wind gusts and the echo of the guns being warmed up..........I managed to whack a nice doe. Was actually watching another doe as she hung up at 30ish with the wind gusts spooking her........thought she was toast but she turned tail and slowly cruised back down hill. As I looked back to my left to hang my bow I see this one rounding a tree at 20. Arrow left my bow when she was about 15. She went 60 yards and dropped in sight. I'm just trying to keep up with Tony Freezer is filling up nicely with 4 bow kills and plenty of tags left for gun.
Congrats Atlas. You guys want to leave some deer in the woods for me? One of my least favorite parts of the last week of bow season. The sounds of getting ready for war in and around the woods.
I had seen your other post on the doe you shot. You been very busy and successful. Congrats again !! Tim
