Was actually killed just across the border in Minnesota. Not that far from their normal range in the Dakotas really. No surprise.

Is it legal to kill mountain lions in Iowa?

They don't exist in PA but it's illegal to kill them..

Big to do about them in PA, supposedly one was killed near where I live, lots of pictures of the thing in the truck etc.. people gaucking... come to find out, a "killer" wanted to hunt one so a local pen hunt found one for them to kill, they weren't allowed to transport it and release it in the pen so they killed it in the cage where it originated, drove it to my small home town and showed it off....

Never trust a photo, never trust half information... hard to say about the Iowa one as I'm not familiar with Iowa but there seems there's always something else behind a photo.

Another young male juvenile looking for some home turf. The little guy still has his spots.

Especially one where the animal is laying on a garbage can lid in front of a 1970's bowling ball bag.
