Screw that! Move to Delaware. Sure the State is almost broke, but you don't have to have a card to buy guns or ammo. In fact DE has a reciprocal agreement with PA & MD. You can buy out of state, and not worry about having to get the gun shipped to a dealer instate and file the paperwork again. There is no sales tax on merchandise. We have a stable population of deer statewide. No CWD reported in the last several years. In state hunting liscence fee of $25 with and $10 additional fee for a Hunters Choice/ Quality buck tag. Yearly taxes are the lowest of all surrounding states. Property values are a little higher, but that OK as well.
