Not a huge buck but thought this pic was pretty neat. And I just started using this new cam (browning strike force) and I really like it, but some of the night pics are whited out. Is this normal or just from the deer being so close? thanks for any help. IMG_0013.jpg IMG_0008.jpg IMG_0015.jpg

Normal is relative, but it's too bright like my Cudde Attack, flash needs adjusting.

    That's a pretty pic :tu:

I'm not familiar with that particular camera, but I know that some have the option to use less LEDs. When setting up your cams, it helps to be mindful of the expected distance game with be from the camera at night. Many manufacturers are piling on the LEDs to get the furthest range they can with night pics. The problem with that is exactly what you are experiencing, white out conditions for close subjects.

One more option would be to filter the flash using a film or even coloring over them with washable markers to darken the flash*. (*do the latter at your own risk :busted: )

    Hope this helps.

It's pretty common for IR flash to washout if the subject is very close. If there's a way to turn down the flash or adjust the lens of the camera, it will help.
