I just sent a message via their website, but I wanted to call as well. This weekend while hunting, I noticed a small crack in the bottom limb pocket. I check my string, limbs, pockets almost every shooting session. I just shot 4 arrows prior to that hunt, so I assume it happened then. Just a freak deal I guess, because this is my 10th bowtech or diamond by bowtech bow and this is my first issue like this. I always find it more helpful to talk to someone directly. Thanks in advance for your help.

FYI, their customer support process for issues like this is to contact your local dealer. They will need to process the claim if the bow is under warranty, and if not they can sell you the parts that are needed to replace and fix this.

If you need help finding a dealer, the link below will show you who is closest to you.

you know, i love bowtech's bows, but their customer service and policys quite frankly suck. Dealers like huntersfriend.com who do great bow packages arent allowed to ship bows to people because bowtech says you have to by from the closest dealer to you, does this bother anyone else?

This isn't specific to Bowtech.... But it does suck for the consumer. Better I am sure for the small bow shop owners.

I have no problem getting it to my proshop, he is out of town with his family until tomorrow so I just wanted to call and see if I could get the ball rolling. It has never been dry fired and you can tell it is well taken care of, so I assume it will be a quick and easy process. Yes the bow is warrantied, and registered. Thanks for the input.

The closest Bowtech dealer here is a bloodsucker. If a part is worth charging for then it is worth charging double for. I used to be able to buy parts directly from Bowtech but then they decided to separate themselves from their customers. That has worked really well, at least in my case.
