I was thinking about buying one of those Conquest scents that come in a deodorant case. There are three options ever calm, rutting buck or VS-1 I was thinking about getting the ever calm for scrapes and to calm the deer down. For anyone who has ever used these scents which one would you recommend?
It's a lot cheaper to hunt between doe bedding areas during the rutting period than it is to buy the latest scent out there. Don't get me wrong, I'll OCCASIONALLY utilize store bought scents to enhance an existing scrape, make a mock scrape or so on. Aside from this, I think the LEAST amount of odor and impact a hunter has on his parcel of land, the better. Scout a bit, find the does; they're the hottest attractant for a rutting buck .
