    FWIW I leave my bow hanging in my backyard all the time when I am around the house. I like to shoot in between other things going on. Hell I leave it there overnight sometimes. I would dare say the hottub next to where my bow hangs is far more dangerous to a wandering kid than the bow.

    Just the other day I left my quad parked out front with the keys in it ALL DAY

    I rarely lock my doors to my house, keys often remain in the ignition of my truck
    My garage door stays wide open 90% of the time.....GASP

    I don't worry about these things because and I shouldn't have to.

    None of which is an open invitation to take my things nor should it be perceived as such.

    This thread is hilarious I love seeing the different perspective on things. It's amusing.

    I will have to add tho. Little 12 year old Johnny Bo-Peep is not pulling my 70# bow back regardless of where it's left.
