I am a 21 year old and I've never touched a bow in my life, but bow hunting is something I've always been interested in. I have no idea where to start, measurements, pricing, equipment... nothing. So if someone could just kinda of guide me towards a cheap start up that would be awesome. Thanks

Definetly buying a bow package is gonna be the cheapest route, like bear an pse both have really good package deals from 200-600 that are really nice I just got a beat legion an it's amazing, it was 400 an it was we'll worth the money

To start , you should visit your local archery pro shop , have the measure you for draw length and ask tons of questions , shoot as many bows that they have , don't rush into just buying any bow , buy the bow that feels the best to you , not what somebody tells you feels good .. You will know what bow you like once you start shooting them at the shop or other shops ..
    Good luck ...

Welcome to the site. I would suggest you buy a bow to last and not for a starter. I did the same thing in buying cheap (Vortex Hunter for Walmart for $150). Then I went to a shop and shot a bow a little more expensive and fell in love with it. Good luck with your search and feel free to ask us any questions, there are a lot of experienced guys on here that can help a lot.

Welcome ! I dont own this bow but from shooting it and just handling it I would suggest you check out the Hoyt Charger it seems like a good bow for the money!! Its only like 500.00 for the package deal! It might seem like allot of money to throw into a bow for anyone thats new to the sport ! But buy a bow that fits you and shoots good dont just settle for the cheapest bow you can find! it will be well worth it when the buck your after steps out infront of you! I have a Mission Eliminator that I am trying to sell its a good little bow ! I would be willing to give someone a good deal on the bow! 415.00 plus shipping everything is setup and ready to go ! If your intrested send me a message!
