My local bow shop has a team competition shoot that I'm interested it participating in. Any tips on what equipment I might need or any tuning tips?

if can't tune it yourself, take it to the guy at the bowshop, they usually check it for timing and everything for free or little too nothing. I don't really shoot too much competition, but you will find some people on here that would know more. good luck

I have a really cheap setup right now. I've got a PSE The Beast set at 50lb with a prong type rest and cheap 3 pin sight and one pin is broke. Ya I know I'm cheap but I think I'll save up for a nicer 3 pin sight and a Whisker Biscuit or fall away. I also need a peep sight. Do I really need a stabilizer too?
