Another big cool down should happen around the 16th of November as well. Should be quite a bit colder, but much like this one it won't last long.

Planning on sitting all day Friday and Saturday. Hopefully the trail cams will have some good news on them. One thing is for certain, with only 3 days on stand thus far the deer shouldn't be pressured

I am really hoping to make it out on Sunday. I might have a chance for a very early hunt Saturday before I have to attend my girlfriends graduation party. Should be an awesome weekend though!

I scheduled Friday off, and as long as the wind prediction holds up it should be very good.

Calling for 41 for a high on Friday with light winds... You can't get any better than that.

Just tell her to go back to school and you will catch the next graduation party.

Looks to be an EPIC weekend. I'm planning to start hunting Friday morning in spite of high winds and light snow flurries.

NE ohio here had a shooter come in this morning before I was even set in my stand. He came in running and then stopped dead in his tracks at my scent trail I put down. I took a shot and missed I really shouldn't of shot because I couldn't see my pins very well but he was at 25 yards. Lesson learned I guess, my nephew is hunting a stand a couple hundred yards away from me and had another buck come in at first light but couldn't get a shot on him. I do believe this is going to be a great weekend
