I have a buddy who bow hunts that is color blind, he had all the fibers in his sight changed to the green flourescent, says he can see them the best, as far as blood trailing goes I usually will get a call when he shoots one, I don't mind though, he's a good friend and I don't mind helping him out.

Might he consider a Single Pin sight? Such as an Adjustable single pin...?Don't know if it would help but may be less confusing... As far as tracking... Just have him call you :D

I'm colorblind. I don't pay attention to what color my pins are. They pretty much look the same color to me. I just use the "1st, 2nd, 3rd.....etc" method.
When it comes to blood trailing, it's very difficult. I HAVE to go extremely slow and be bent over or crawling......during the daytime. At night, is actually much easier for me. I use a small LED headlight by Cyclops called the "Atom". It was by accident that I found this out, trailing a deer my wife shot a few years ago. I still have to go slow, but my eyes pick up the blood much easier using that light. A regular type flashlight really doesn't help me at all.
