I try and advertise for a company that does something for me above and beyond what is expected. I have thought of Coleman as a once great company but has got too big and corporate like over the years. Well, I guess I was wrong. While at my grouse camp I was using my Coleman Instant up tent. I broke the plastic connector from the Main Hub to the poles while packing it up (my fault) which essentially would render the tent useless. I looked on Coleman’s website and they did not offer that replacement part. I contacted the company and asked them and they said they would have to get back to me. I did not expect a return call. Low and behold they called me back in 20 min and said where do I want it shipped. They not only sent me the replacement parts free but sent me 4 replacement parts in case I break more. I received the parts in three days in the mail. So, Kudos to Coleman for still taking care of the customer.
I'm a big liker of their tents. I've had the same tent now for 10 years and I use it allot in extreme conditions. Good hearing stuff like this.

They are awesome. I had a heater of theirs years ago that was as far as I am concerned was the best ever. The bulb started going out and I contacted them to get a replacement. They said they did not make that heater anymore and sent me a new heater to replace it with at no cost. If they make it and I want one, I buy Coleman! Good to see they still stand behind their products and customers.
Working in a big box retail store I deal a lot with coleman. Lets just say they take care of the customer before we can. I have tried to order parts for customers and coleman tells me to have the customer just call and they will ship them directly to the customer for no charge. They don't want me to have to be a middle man! I love having the 800 number up in the shop and tell customers that and they look at me like I am crazy but I swear the number of replacement parts they have given out for there stoves is CRAZY
I would agree on their customer service. I bought an air pump over the summer from them and the hose was missing. I called them and they sent a whole new pump. Then about a week later we had a second whole new replacement pump. So I now have two perfectly fine pumps and another one minus a hose.

What a marketing tool! They invest in treating the customers better and here we are spreading the word. This is better than any commercial or printed advertisement they could ever come up with.
