It was just a matter of time before someone filed suit against it. It is un-constitutional and should be over turned but I have no idea how Colorado's supreme court is balanced.
That's some of the concerns brought up today during Illinois mag ban debate. It was said there was no way to enforce such a law and the people for it agreed but said as long as it made it more difficult for someone to purchase a mag over 10 rounds then that was good enough reason to pass a ban.
