Anyone have any experience with deer on your property forging on your Clover or the crops on your property first. Curious on what they like to eat first and throughout the season

I vote for clover, depending on what crops are in the area? Fo me where I hunt there is zero point in hunting till the crops are out, in the area 80% of the cover is crops, lots of silage corn.

We have a clover and Timothy mix on all fields of our prop roughly 20 acres and the deer are on it all year round and they will hit the mast and crops to supplement. Deer get the majority of their water intake through greens. I’d say clover early and mid season and as it gets cold they key in on the crops/grains
