Car wash or power washer, they make it so simple.

    Did you fracture the nose?

Hadn't heard of that but good to know just in case. They get easier though, I used that huge pot to do mine in, was so dis formed on the bottom and didn't like the flattop stove. Ended up turning it off and restarting in the morning. Think I may have some grease staining, going to try whitening it again at a later date.

Did you drill a hole to mount it or using the spine opening?

Don't know if you mentioned it or not but did you ever hear anything about who shot it? Not that it much matters now ha.

I boiled once, never again. I wait until spring, bury it and let the bugs do the work!
For whitening, a can of flat spray paint works wonders.
This is the first time I included the lower jaw.

my cousin did a camo-dipped Euro mount on a beautiful dark chocolate racked 9 point he shot last year. Beetles are definitely the way to go if you can handle the wait.

I'll have him send me another pic of it...was on my old phone but apparently it didn't make the migration to the new one.

Huh, that'd be kinda weird in this area. Usually if somebody can't find a good one word gets around and people start looking in the area.
