    I close on the new hunting property tomorrow! 50 acres of timber reserve with no property taxes.

    depends on how well the seller likes you. I bought this from the seller as he says "Just so I can see you and Sara once in a while" for $1200 an acre. I saw a 34 acre parcel that was landlocked but with easement in Missouri listed for $42500 back in August.

    There is one guy at that hardware store that does it all. I can't remember his name right now. Really great guy - gray hair, not even 6' tall...that's been bothering me that I can't remember his name for a couple days now.
