We took a couple this year, passed on a few. Season is still in here, but I'm done. About burnt out. Taking a few weeks off from even wearing camo and then I'll grab the rifle and chase coyotes.

We had a baby this year so hunting time has been limited. Managed to take 2 does. Passed some small bucks early on and hit a nice one directly in the shoulder back in November. Tracked him for a mile through some nasty stuff. No luck. 2 weeks later he was back on camera. We still have time here in pa but I don't know if I'll get out or not.

@Ryan Slingerland: Well said! I had the same experience. Contrary to belief, It IS possible to have a good season without killing a deer!
