hey guys,,was finally able to make it out this afternoon for my first afternoon hunt when all the activity happens on my prop. 50 yards from my house....right on cue.....30 minutes into my hunt at 4pm....clcockwork comes in...and DIES!!!!!!!! I was 15 yards away at 25 feet up. I thought my shot was a bit high, but saw blood spurting out as he took off...he went 60 yards and it was over. of course I didn't see him drop just heard silence after a few seconds. a very weak blood trail due to a high entry and a small punch through hgole on the other side. I eneded up getting both lungs and a huge valve in the heart!!! I have some good quality pics ill post tomorrow!! wow was he heavy to drag out....tore my brand new deer sled in half....lol it was a warm night in the mid to upper 70's..so I didn't measure him up, figure ill have the taxi do that for me!! my first wall hanger!!!
