A party with an image of being old white guys, it was good to see them break that trend with Clint. Really old white guy, lol

I agree. I couldn't even watch it all. It was like watching Mohammad Ali throwing out the first pitch in this years opening day of baseball.

I didn't see it... football was on. Can't imagine watching Clint try to string two coherent sentences together without his .44 magnum. :biggun:

Since you missed it, I'll sum it up for you. He had a conversation with an empty chair.

    I'm not kidding.

Was the empty chair Asian? Did he yell racial slurs at it? Please say yes.

Thanks for the recap... So I guess there is some redeeming value in the USC/Vandy game after all?

    Watched it...

He made a couple good one sentence points. Terrible rambling speech though.

Best line was "If someone isn't doing the job... you gotta get rid of them."

Yes, I like ole Clint but it was a little hard to watch. Makes me wonder how many "takes" he goes through in his movies. :D

I thought it was ok. He got a point across in his own way. I really like Rubeos speech and Romney was ok too.

People need to stop bickering. It's about as productive as both Dems and Reps have been over the past 100+ years.

I did not watch the rep. convention nor will I watch the dem. convention. All they do there is blow smoke up each other's sphincters and pat each other on the back. I met Mr Eastwood on numerous occasions back in the late 70's and he was a very down to earth man who completely supported the military. Those of you on here who choose to criticize him, let's see how you're doing when you're 82.

Actually, I was referring to some of the comments in here as well as in general.

Before going to bed, the Boogeyman checks his closet for Chuck Norris; but Chuck Norris checks under his bed for Clint Eastwood!
