I agree but I use a Goliath, I don't mind the weight vs size trade

Another for the Summit Viper. I have had a Summit stand for the last 10 years. As far as climbers go, nobody makes one better. The potential for napping is real.

Talk about sleep I also have two summit revolution climbing stands. They are like a climbing lounge chair. They don't make them anymore.

I need to break the monotony here. I'm a LW sit and climb fan. Wouldn't use any other. :tu:

Summit Viper for the win!!! I sat in mine six days in a row 13+ hours...The most comfortable 6 days of my life.

Here's mine with A few mods

I would highly suggest a few quick upgrades on the stock summit Viper.

The first one being Stabilizer straps from thridhand archery. They keep the top piece connected to the bottom piece, and cinch the top piece down to make it rock solid like a hang-on stand.

the second one being the bowholder from thridhand archery as well. it allows you to climb with your bow in the holder, then rotate it forward once at desired height. no more tangled bow rope.

heres a link to the video, i highly highly recommend these two items. worth every penny

+1 for summit. I have a goliath because I needed the extra weight capacity :-). Easy to set up, climb, and descend.

I'm going with the LW sit-n-climb. It's light, quiet, and comfortable.

Had to throw something different in here.
