Looking to buy a new climbing stand right now I am looking at Summits just because I have heard nothing but good about them. So if you have one what do you think and what model would you reccomond?

Also since I bout my z7 almost a year ago ive been shooting the same arrows my question is what is the proper arrow size if there is one and where can it be found on the arrow itself? Also your favorite brand of arrow?
And while we are at why not boardheads?

Sorry for all the questions newbie to the sport been fishing all my life. Just looking to spend some more $$$

Climber I have a Summit Viper, love it no complaints at all.

As for broadheads and arrows, I personally shoot Carbon Express Maximas with a G5 Montec CS broadhead.

I'm still using my Loggy Bayou Mega Transformer that I bought a few years back. Haven't had the need to shop for another yet. When I do it'll be the lightest climber that I can find. I thought about a hang on stand with climbing sticks but by the time you factor in the weight of the stand and the sticks your just as well off with a climber.

As far as the arrows go you have to ensure that they are spined properly for your draw weight. Length is determined by your draw length and set up, i.e. how far forward you rest sits and how far you want the shaft to extend past the rest.

The draw rating for the arrow should be on the arrow, something like 45-60 or 55-70, other companies will be like 300, 400 or 500. What type of rest do you have and what is your pull set for? Depending on the tune and position of the rest you can usually go about 1 1/2-2" past the rest. Take for instance on my bow, my rest is an Octane Hostage, draw length is 27 1/2" my shafts are 26 1/2" and the tip is about 1" past the rest.

Summits make great products, you'll be happy with them. The Summit Goliath is awesome i recommend taking a look at it, a little cheaper than the Viper but still good quality and such.
