I was just wondering what everyone uses to clean and prep their carbon arrow shafts for fletching or quikfletchs. I know many stores (Cabelas and whatnot) sell wipes that clean and prepare all kinds of shafts for gluing and fletching. What do you use to clean and prepare your carbon arrow shafts for fletching or quikfletch?

Denatured alcohol if I am just cleaning up after fletch tape. Acetone if I am cleaning up after glue.

Ethanol is a safe bet. Acetone is good if you're just wiping them off.

If they are brand new shafts I just clean them with water and microfiber cloth. If stripped arrows I clean with acetone.
