I had a clean miss today on a very nice buck. He jumped and ran 20 yards and stood there for the longest time and then walked away. My question is: "Do I have a chance at this buck again?" Should I continue to hunt this area and use the same tree stand? With a bigger buck already taken out of this block, I think he is the dominate buck. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Doesn't sound too much like he was spooked. Deer run 20 yards or so all the time when they hear or see something they are unsure of. Then they settle back down and go about their business. Get back out there.

He will be back. He doesn't even know what spooked him.
