Is there a test or a gauge to make sure that a chronograph is accurate? My locale bow shop is not sure if his is on anymore, but he figures its reading so that's good enough. According to what I have calculated on Backcountry bowhunting archery calculator I should be shooting a little bit faster with my set up.

So is there anything or could the calculator be off. Just curious.

The chronograph is most likely more accurate than a calculator. Given it has good batteries and good lighting, it's probably "accurate"

But to answer the question, no real way to check other than comparing to other chronographs.
