Shooting Z3 64# 28” draw with 28 3/4” XX75 4” plastic vanes 125 grain field point at 238 FPS. Does that sound slow or about right?

Sounds slow, but without researching the bow I have no frame of ref.

Depends on which xx75 your shooting.

My 62# Hoyt shoots my 30" xx75 2314's and a 100gr head (502gr total) through the chrono at 250fps. Hope that helps.

How much do your arrows weigh?

If your arrows weigh 500 grains, it sounds about right. Your setup should shoot a 400 grain arrow around 270 fps.
