You already shoot Easton Axis arrows with Slick Trick Magnums, how is this even a question? I shoot the same arrow and broadhead combo. Keep it simple, keep it deadly.

    This says it all!

I hear talk of how "powerful" a given broadhead is, but it's all relative to how your bow is delivering that arrow/broadhead to the target.

I shot them on my previous bow with totally different arrows. New setup now, and different arrows. I just wanted people's opinions on whether I should stick with them or go with a mechanical. I was also concerned with the ferrule not completely matching the Axis diameter, but the difference is so minimal I don't think it will matter.

To me, there is to much that could go wrong with the doublecross to trust that everything is going to work every time. I'd go with the Slick Trick. Very well balanced broadhead.
