Does anyone have any experience with a harness for young kids? I have twin 5 year old boys that will be making some hunts with me this year. I plan to take one at a time and hunt from ladder stands(I'll probably rifle hunt when they are with me). In previous seasons I have used ground blinds and box stands with them so I haven't needed a harness yet. If I can't find anything then I'll have to stick with the ground blinds.
My boys only weigh about 40 lbs each.

Both my kids 9 and 6 use the liltreestalker from HSS. It's a great harness from a great company. Let me also add one thing, whatever you do buy atleast one lifeline from HSS. Even if you have to climb first and attach it, your problem will be ascent and descent. I know your a dad and I know you can do anything, but carrying all your gear plus everything of your kids so he can climb freely gives you no wiggle room of he slips on the actual ladder. The lifeline is simple enough they can do it themselves and you will feel 100 times more comfortable with them being with you

Thanks guys. I'm going to buy the Lil treestalker later today and see how it fits.
Good point about the lifeline. I already have it ready to go.
