Missouri is a constitutional carry state. Unless he was found ineligible through due process to carry concealed, he legally can.
There in lies the problem. All guns are just tools. And in today society of conflict management learned behind a computer screen or hanging with your dogs on the corner the easiest tool just happens to shoot bullets! You choose the tool cause ya can look uncool by walking away or compromising.
Well ? I’m ok with constitutional carry, open carry too. But you can’t argue with some sort of classes and or training to know more about gun use.
