I'm fortunate I live in a great wing area. There is a wing night every night of the week and although I have my favorites, I can't think of a single place where I have had bad wings.

A couple favorites though is a little place just overt he hill from my house, Nancy and Johnnies Country Tavern (Wednesday). Great wings but they only serve BBQ, mild and hot. I get the mild there. Just a preference.

Another great place is the Valley Inn, known for the competition wings, there it's got to be Golden Tangy!

Our local Moose club is another, Thursdays and it's Garlic/BBQ wings...MMMMM MMMMmmm

Womer's (Thursdays) and it's Mild Garlic...oh yeah! Ben usually brings some up to work on bows on Thursdays.

So many wings, so little time!

Of course in Erie with Bowtech Shooter and Buckeye we hit the Quaker Steak and Lube....we put some wings away didn't we Scott?

The best place for wings is at my house. Since I came up with this recipe, I'm spoiled. Very rarely do I even find a store bought wing enjoyable in the least. Most are over cooked and tough as nails. My wings are the top of the heap. They couldn't do them commercially as it takes me 45-50 min. to an hour to do them. Depends on the size of the wings.
