a can of grizzly wintergreen every day since my first deployment to iraq. its just an everyday thing for me now.
I quit dipping and chewing 3-4 years ago. I still think about having a big chew while bowhunting every now and then. BUT, my health and my family are too important to risk so I will not do it.
Started using it when I was playing baseball in high school. Kept doing it for about 2 years after I graduated, and I finally just decided to quit one day. I didn't really find it that hard to do, so I guess I was lucky. I'll still throw one in sometimes on long drives, or while fishing. I've never had the desire while hunting, and I honestly could not tell you the last time I've had a dip.
Just started, gives me something to do on my 3hr commute for an hour long class. My friends have always chewed but never pushed me to do it. I don't chew in the stand because I have to spit and don't want to deal with a bottle in the stand. Grizz wintergreen and cope are 2.49 a can here Sent from my Droid using Tapatalk
wow i couldn't imagine paying 7 buck a tin. i only pay 2.09 a tin where i live and i still think thats high. i can remember when it was 1.50 a can a few years ago.
My family raised tobacco, and I worked outside for most of my life so I started in high school. In Kentucky tobacco is a vegetable. I quit cold turkey for almost 21/2 years then started back after my first year of law school. I don’t do it as much now, but still a few cans a week. It’s a nasty habit and expensive too. I’m planning on quitting permanently this spring as a graduation present to myself. I actually don’t dip much in the stand or while fishing. I just don’t have the urge to. It’s back at camp B.Sin with the guys when I dip the most.
ive dipped from time to time with the guys cause its a hell of a lot better than smoking. dipped my fair share of all brands and flavors but my top two are deffinately grizzly mint and if you count snus camel snus mellow. both are delish!
